StandardVision’s NYE Wilshire Grand Fifth Annual ‘Tower of Light’ Spectacular Recap

At the close of a year such as 2021, StandardVision’s goal for this year’s annual New Year’s Eve lighting event on the Wilshire Grand Tower was to welcome 2022 with a sense of optimism.

Titled “Tower of Light,” our intention with this celebratory light show is always to instill hope in our community while also providing an accessible public event visible anywhere with a clear view of the Downtown Los Angeles skyline.

As the sun set on New Year’s Eve, the tower began glowing in anticipation of its midnight lighting spectacular. At the stroke of midnight, the Wilshire Grand became illuminated with a multitude of extravagant lighting choreographies.

The grandeur of the Wilshire Grand Center’s New Year’s Eve lighting was seen from a 15-mile radius surrounding Los Angeles and was photographed hundreds of times and shared across social media platforms, unifying our Los Angeles community in a joyous and vibrant manner as we welcomed in 2022 together.
