StandardVision recently partnered with MC+ Design Studio, McCarthy Cook Real Estate, and Northwood Investors to transform the brand new Lumen West LA development into a sprawling, experiential office campus to redefine the modern work experience. Situated in the heart of West Los Angeles and occupying a full city block, the expansive 570,000 sq. ft. workspace is a light-infused, amenity-rich landmark built for modern tenants and top-tier talent. Leveraging our unique approach to LED innovation, StandardVision addressed the client’s goal of creating a vibrant, engaging environment that caters to the modern workforce.
A Collaborative Vision for the Modern Workspace
Designed with a “people-first” approach, Lumen West’s balance of workspace to amenities and indoor-to-outdoor areas organically improves employee wellbeing. StandardVision designed and implemented distinctive narrative lighting systems across Lumen West’s indoor and outdoor spaces to seamlessly enhance the campus’s multi-story layout. The resulting light-infused, bridge-connected platforms offer customizable workplaces that reflect and transform company culture and efficiency, while offering employees dynamic views of the city and plenty of natural light.
Innovative Solutions to Foster Engagement
StandardVision also designed and installed several high-resolution, bespoke LED facades for the lobby spaces which complement the campus’s overall design. These distinctive displays provide both tenants and building owners high-visibility opportunities for timely alerts and messaging, as well as community engagement.
